Our heartfelt thanks for a job well done! Since our new website and Content Management System launched last month, we have received so many kudos, and it just didn’t feel right to keep them all to ourselves. Everyone here is so impressed with the finished product, and more than a bit surprised to see that we completed such a huge undertaking on schedule!!! We simply could not have done it without you. You truly are a dynamic team.

In reflecting back, I think what made this project so successful was:

1. We worked with the same team from initial proposal to project completion.
2. It was clear what everyone’s role was on your team, and you each made yourselves accessible, above and beyond, including outside the hours 9am-5pm., Monday-Friday.
3. There was such a great sense of camaraderie/ common goal that it really felt like you were on-staff, just working off-site.
4. You all had such a can-do attitude, you never once showed the tiniest bit of resistance with our numerous requests.
5. You kept the mood light, when Bart and I were feeling fried you always had something to make us smile.
6. You built such a versatile and cutting edge Content Management System that we will use for years to come.
7. Most important to me is that you delivered on what we set out to achieve. End of story.
